Mell's take on a home cooked classic. Rich lentils and mushrooms slowly baked with parsley and sage and topped with fluffy mashed potatoes. Served with a delicious whole food gravy.

Thai Green Curry
Fragrant and fresh, this classic dish gets a plant based whole food makeover. Firm tofu, broccoli and mushrooms slow cooked in coconut milk with green chilli and lemongrass. Served with Jasmine Rice.

Teriyaki Tofu with Broccoli
Crispy tofu, broccoli and mushrooms with wholewheat noodles freshly prepared with our whole food, lip smacking teriyaki sauce.
Chickpea And Sweet Potato Curry
A fragrant, mild coconut curry with chickpeas, spinach and sweet potato served with wholegrain rice. Served with brown rice.
Rainbow Lentil Salad
Is lentil salad boring? Absolutely not with or Rainbow Lentil Salad. Green lentils served with salad vegetables, carrots, mixed peppers and beetroot, topped with sunflower seeds and dry cranberries finished with a warming kick of chilli.
Roasted Red Pepper Penne
Wholewheat penne pasta tossed in a roasted red pepper sauce packed with broccoli, and balanced with lemon, garlic and dill.
Sunshine Noodle Bowl
A sweet and zesty salad with Pad Thai noodles, avocado blueberries and radishes topped with Walnuts, sunflower seeds and pomegranate. Cleansing, light and delicious!

What is the minimum commitment for a subscription?
The minimum subscription term is just one week (minimum of 6 meals), which is paid for when you place your first order. After that, you can cancel your subscription any time before the next billing cycle.
Is it the same food every week?
We currently offer 20 different meals allowing us to rotate meals on a weekly menu. You will not receive the same meal within a 2 week period. This rotation is detailed on each meal plan section. Subscribers to our email will receive early updates about new meals added to our plans. Our aim is to provide enough variation of our delicious food to keep things interesting!
Are your menus entirely plant based?
Absolutely! The reason our business exists is to make great tasting, healthy plant based food more accessible to busy people with similar values to ourselves.
Do you provide Nutritional Information on each meal?
Yes, just click on a meal plan and we provide information around each meal, including portion size, ingredients, allergens and nutritional content. On signing up to a subscription plan we will also email you an aftercare document detailing all of this information.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Sustainability is very important to us. All of our packaging can be recycled responsibly.
We use cardboard containers, meal boxes and insulation and our plastic meal box lids can be recycled.
We use gel packs to keep fresh food cool during the delivery process. These can be recycled in normal household waste with other plastics. The liquid gel should be emptied first and disposed of in your general waste.
