From fresh - remove lid and microwave on full power for 3 minutes, stir and microwave for a further 1 minute or until product is piping hot throughout. Leave to stand for one minute before enjoying. Alternatively pop in a saucepan and heat through until piping hot, stirring constantly.
From frozen - ensure product is fully defrosted before following the instructions above.
