Easy Oil and Flour Free Gravy
This is such a simple gravy recipe and it tastes superb, plus it only calls for whole food ingredients.
Ingredients
1 carrot
1 onion
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tbsp nooch
1 tbsp soy sauce
Method
roughly chop the carrot and onion and pop into a saucepan with 300mls of water with the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are soft.
Blend with an immersion blender to thicken the sauce.
