Description: Sweet, moreish and satisfying. With yellow pepper, sweet potato, cauliflower and cannellini beans, this delicious hash is packed with nutrients and filled with flavour.
Storage: Suitable for home freezing. If refrigerated, use within 3 days of purchase. If frozen, use within 3 months of the date of freezing.
Heating: From fresh – remove lid and microwave on full power for 3 minutes, stir, then microwave for a further 1 minute or until piping hot throughout. Leave to stand for one minute before enjoying. Alternatively, heat in a saucepan until piping hot, stirring constantly. From frozen – ensure fully defrosted before heating.
