5 bean chilli on flat lay with dress chillis and limes

The Easiest Bean Chilli

Honestly, this is so simple and has saved me so many times with my family of 5. Everyone loves it! 

One pot, minimal effort and freezes brilliantly.

Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
2 tins chopped tomatoes
2 tins mixed beans (any kind)
1 tin green lentils
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp chilli powder (or to taste)
Veg stock cube

Method:
1. Fry onion in a splash of water until soft
2. Add everything else
3. Simmer for 20 minutes
4. Serve with rice or jacket potato
